Getting to know Natalie.
My name is Natalie Blancardi, and I am a California-based real estate agent bringing a wealth of professional experience to a field I have been a part of since 2001. In fact, my viewpoints and philosophies regarding the real estate market haven’t changed since that time…and that’s a sentiment I am very proud of.
Born in London, England, and fortunate enough to have traveled all over the world, eventually settling in the United States after living primarily in Europe and the Middle East. It is this traveling experience that assisted with my obtainment of a degree in Linguistics, and my life experience that taught me everything I needed to know about sales.
Bringing with me a Bachelor’s in Business from John Cabot University in Rome, I worked for Citibank Italia in the area of Public Relations before leaving Italy in 1993 for the U.S., a move that would put me on my current course of navigating L.A.’s burgeoning realty scene. Since giving my all to becoming one of the most successful realtors on this circuit, I have been granted the accolades of “Top Producer” and “Multi-Million-Dollar Producer,” beginning in 2002 and continuing to this day.
Outside of real estate, I have sat on numerous boards, including the HPOZ (Historic Preservation Overlay Zones) Historical Preservation Board appointed by our own Mayor of Los Angeles, Antonio Villaraigosa, as well as the Los Angeles Horse Council. I love to give back to my local community, and you can read all about that on the Where My Commission Goes page.

My escrow-centric team keeps all the complex moving parts together, ensuring that clients know that during this process, there is never a silly question they can ask.

Selling property takes time, energy and dedication, and while it can be most challenging at times, I have developed a proven method that has enabled me to sell a plethora of properties throughout the highly-competitive L.A. County region.
What’s more, I am honored to say that the majority of my clients are obtained as a result of referrals, not via advertising, a word-of-mouth process that has brought me success since 2001.
I have found that the key is taking the time to develop a genuine understanding of clients’ needs, explaining the complexities of real estate transactions in easier-to-digest terms and remaining focused on client goals.
